Found Tortie Cat

On the morning of Friday, June 18th around 5am I found a tortoiseshell cat on the steps of my apartment building located on the corner of 40th Street and Camelback. I know she belongs to someone because she has a collar with a tag (no owner info on tag though). She is not microchipped. I have posted to various Facebook lost/found pets groups and have checked in my apartment complex that no one is missing a cat. I also put her on the Maricopa County lost/found pet map (although they only keep it on there for five days). Posting here just in case. Must identify her collar.
