We are based out of New Braunfels but we're working on the road 80% of the time. Construction Installer needed for retail shelving installations. Travel Required compensation: $15.00-$20.00/ hr min. Looking to hire an installer with some commercial construction experience, gondola assembly and thorough knowledge of tools. The type of work we do can be trained if you are a fast learner. This is a fast paced work. We perform remodels, fixture installs and graphic installs for commercial retailers across the country. The scope of work changes on a regular basis so the ability to learn quickly on the job is important. Requirements - Must be legal to work in the US with proper identification - Must be available to work any day or shift, including nights and weekends - Must be available to travel (on the road) for weeks or months at a time - Must work well with others and have a professional and positive attitude at work - Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for up to 12 hours in a day - Must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Additional Requirements for Lead Position - Leadership & supervision experience - Excellent communication - Attention to detail - Organized - Ability to report electronically Position Details - $15-$20/hr. minimum, based on skills and experience. - All travel expenses covered, including meals - Currently working 4 day shifts w/ 40 hr. minimum - Paid as W2 employee via bi-weekly direct deposit - Hours and Shifts vary, and change per project. - Company vehicles provided for Crew Lead and Assistant.
