Rehoming Oakley the Hound

I am unable to give Oakley the love and attention he deserves. He is a very sweet and kind 8 year old hound. He has lived with another dog for 2 years and they get along very well. I have not had him around cats so I am not sure how he would manage. Otherwise, he is neutered and the only health issue is loss of vision in his right eye. He is still able to see and walk around fine its just his vision is going in right eye. He would really thrive in a home of first time pet owners as he is 8 years old and craves love an affection. Other than his eye he has no outstanding health issues, I am just unable to give him the attention he deserves. No re-homing fee, just need a good home.
