Pay is based on experience. Hiring for various skill levels for multiple positions. About our company and the work we do: We contract with a National Property Management company to update recently purchased homes in the Louisville area. These homes are not occupied and once complete will be rentals. Most properties require interior cosmetic work, such as painting, new light fixtures, faucets, etc. we currently contract the floors out to a vendor. Exterior work may be included, such as pressure washing, fixing a fence, tearing down old sheds, etc. We operated Monday - Friday during normal business hours and are flexible requesting 30-40 hours per week. Most work will be independent with little supervision after on boarding. Most interior work completed in homes with AC and power. If you have any questions please call/text 8136023135
