Job Order: Junior Construction Project Manager Location: Glendale, CA Duties: 1. Managing a team doing construction for retail or commercial projects. 2. Track labor hours, ensure project adheres to timeline. 3. Oversee equipment, make sure all supplies and equipment are in place the day before, rent equipment as needed, order and purchase supplies, retrieve equipment from storage. 4. Keep track of all expenses on a spreadsheet. Make sure budget is followed. 5. Walk through project daily, oversee quality control. 6. Communicate with clients regularly. Provide excellent customer service. 7. Communicate with owners, attend meetings, update on progress of project. Requirements: 1. 2+ year construction project management experience in retail or residential or commercial projects. 4. Motivated and organized. 5. Bilingual Spanish. 6. Computer skills. 7. Basic technical construction skills. 8. Driver's license and reliable vehicle. 9. Organized and motivated. 10. Experience overseeing a team. Compensation: Base pay $48,000 plus 4%-8% commission on each project (OTE is $68,000-$80,000), health benefits, PTO, holiday pay, gas mileage, cell phone
