Position: Handyman Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Pay rate: tell us what you need to make Overview Seeking a reliable general handyman with hands on proficiency in electrical, plumbing, some general carpentry, and miscellaneous repairs to care for a residential estate. We'll rely on you to keep the facilities in perfect condition by performing necessary repairs or coordinating with third party service providers. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repairs including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, demo and removal, construction Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalk, etc) Repair equipment or appliances Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks Identify and report the need of major repairs Source third party service providers Manage workshop and materials inventory Manage landscaping quality and curb appeal Daily facilities maintenance Experience and Education • 5 years experience as general handyman • Must speak English and Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must be able to pass a background check.
