Description

Young male white cat (about 6months old) with grey on tail, nose, and back of ears was found alone in a cage in the parking lot of Walgreens, in Long Beach on Thursday June 24th at around 3:00am. I refuse to believe that someone abandoned this beautiful, affectionate cat on purpose. Purhaps he was forgotten when loading and rearranging items in the back of a vehicle. It happens, multiple people loading stuff, and every one thinks someone is else is loading the cat back into car, but no one did. By the time you realize the cat is not in the car and retrace you’re steps, he’s already been picked up. I was not the one who found the cat, but he was brought to me because I am a “crazy cat mom”. If this is your cat, or if you know who’s cat this is, please call me ASAP. I am bringing him to the vet later today to see if he is microchipped, and will try to contact owner if information found. I want nothing more than to reunite this cat with his real family. If I can’t find the owners I will have to rehome him. He gets along well with my 4 month old kittens but I cannot keep him. I literally have 20 cats that I take care of. If this is your cat, you will need to prove ownership by telling me what was written on the cage, what items where in the cage with the cat, and the color of his collar. If I can’t find the owner’s in 30 days, I will try to rehome him. I won’t bring him to an animal shelter. If the pet’s human parents are located after he has been rehomed, I will assist them in retrieving him. If you live in the Long Beach area, please repost this in your social media. Thanks
