HVAC INSTALLER • Troubleshoot, resolve, and repair all HVAC issues that arise with equipment functionality. • Work with 2-3 technicians daily • Service and adjust equipment to the manufacturer’s specifications • Maintain clear communication to the customer on the proper operation and maintenance of the installed equipment • Be knowledgeable on various municipalities plan requirements, permit requirements, and submittal processes • Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations. Collect payments, and ensure client completes necessary paperwork Qualifications: • 2-5+ years of experience working with HVAC installations and/or HVAC equipment replacements • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements • Perform routine preventative maintenance • Respond to emergency maintenance requests • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Be customer service oriented and enjoy speaking to, and training customers on equipment • Have superior interpersonal skills and strive to provide the highest level of service Company perks: • Collaborative team environment • Paid holidays and vacation time • Ability to drive company vehicle • Referral bonuses. • Standard work hours are 7:30 am-4:30pm (must be willing to work OT and be flexible during busy season) • Install HVAC and generator related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications • Inspect various ducts and duct fittings as required • Receives, verifies and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job • Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with staff • Properly completes all paperwork required for each job • Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle • Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction Qualifications: • Previous experience of residential and/or commercial HVAC installation • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to work on Saturday's as assigned • Ability to be flexible in work schedule • Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for majority of the day • Must be able to work as part of a team
