Description
We are a property management company based in NE Mpls looking for technologically savvy experienced independent maintenance professionals who have a smart phone, truck, tools and a broad skill set in maintenance repair. This is an independent contractor/1099 position but would consider w2 upon completion of 90 days.
You must be in the residential Handyman/Maintenance industry- specifically. You will need to provide references after reviews of establishments you currently serve.

Requirements:
-Android or iPhone and know how to use it. All work orders distributed via a property maintenance app and google calendar, so you MUST be able to access and use apps for scheduling, billing and communication purposes (including the ability to take and attach pics.
-Utility style vehicle (with proof of insurance), all tools for common repairs
-Clean criminal record.
-Expert at troubleshooting issues on the fly with proven ability to problem solve, communicate and quickly resolve a wide variety of common maintenance issues that our tenants experience.
-Must live in the metro and have experience in all common rental repair issues including: fixture repair, smoke detector replacement, furnace upkeep and maintenance, light electrical and plumbing repair, troubleshooting appliances, hot water heater issues, screen & sash repair, door hinge repair, lock change outs, tub caulking, spackling & drywall repair, painting, cleaning, demos prior to turns, lawn care and more...
Note: Priority hiring for those w/appliance repair\diagnosis, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or supervisory experience!
Hours range between 8am-8pm. 2 weekends per month. Prefer that you work as independent contractor
