Seeking lower-income residents who live and drive along I-880 between Oakland and Milpitas to participate in a Focus Group to discuss improving access to I-880 express lanes.
Individuals will receive a $75 Gift Card for participating in one 90-minute online focus group. Participants will be asked to give their opinion on how to make the I-880 express lanes more affordable and accessible.
Focus groups will take place from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on Monday, July 12th; Tuesday, July 13th; and Thursday, July 15th. The focus groups will be conducted via Zoom, so participants must have access to a smartphone or computer. You MUST be comfortable with watching presentations, answering questionnaires and discussing your opinions in a virtual group setting.
