McKesson Medical-Surgical- Warehouse Job Description: ORDER FILLER/PICKER $15.83 Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Supervises: None Location- Northborough, MA POSITION DESCRIPTIONS: NEW Compensation package Hire rate: $15.83 90 days: $16.36 180 days: $17.06 1 year: $17.17 18 months: $18.18 Hourly Shift Differential The Order Filler/Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and preparing for the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Filler is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Order Picking: Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.. Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment. Quality: Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Equipment: Operate electric pallet jack and or electric reach truck in performance of order filling duties when required. Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment. Inventory: Conduct physical inventories as required. Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the Security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
