His law license had been suspended while his actions are evaluated by a an ethics committee. Giuliani took an oath to practice law. He has violated the code of ethics. This is step one in disbarring Rudy. The committee that investigates these crimes are non political. They are a committee of judges who have sworn to uphold the law and the constitution.
