Remodeling help needed

I need a few people that want to show up for work. Basic hand tools and transportation are the only requirements I have. If you have knowledge and experience that is a huge plus. I have plenty of work and more coming in on a regular basis but someone showing up for work and doing what they claim they can do seems to be a reoccurring issue. I’m willing to train someone if you show the potential and willingness to learn and be a long term team member. If you have a drug problem, don’t bother. I need someone as early as tomorrow morning.
