Greetings, Contact Design (dba Survey Feeds) is a nationwide user research organization that connects qualified individuals with our clients to discuss medical treatments and experiences. We are looking for participants to participate in a study to help improve methods in the administration of treatments for patients with certain chronic conditions. If you are interested in helping improve administration methods and are willing to participate in a one-on-one interview, please complete this application form: This is not a clinical study. No actual medication will be used during the study. Interviews will be conducted in Oak Brook, IL, between July 6th and July 16th, 2021. The study consists of two visits; the first visit shall take about 30 minutes. The participants need to return the next day (after 24 hours) for a second visit which will take about 45 minutes. COMPENSATION: $200-$300 per participant WHEN: July 6th-July 16th, 2021 WHAT: In-person interview HOW LONG: 75 minutes WHERE: At a research facility in Oak Brook Terrace, IL We'll follow up with you shortly if you qualify.
