Clear Vision Cleaning LLC is expanding and now is the opportunity to join our growing and fun atmosphere! Our window cleaning company is a well-respected industry leader serving the Dane County area and surrounding areas. We're looking for friendly, hardworking, trustworthy and reliable individuals to add to our current team. Interested candidates should be in good physical condition, be able to lift 50 lbs periodically and be able to work outdoors/indoors for long periods of time. Clear Vision Cleaning LLC is looking for a full time employee, Monday - Friday and some Saturdays when the schedule requires. Training, uniforms, tools and truck provided. HOWEVER you must have a valid and clean drivers license. The following are tasks you may be asked to perform on any given day: • Residential/Commercial Window Cleaning (Exterior & Interior) • Using Ladders • Power Washing of Houses, Decks, Concrete, Underground Parking • Gutter Cleaning • Roof Cleaning • Snow Removal WHAT WE OFFER 1) Above industry standard pay 2) Company Paid Disability Insurance 3) Simple IRA 4) Health Care Coverage – group rate 5) PAID HOLIDAYS 6) PTO Program 7) Insurance – Vision, Dental, Life 8) Quarterly bonus program A clear path to succeed with the opportunity to grow within our company.
