ESCFederal is looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, and dependable individual to join our team in The Colony, TX. Responsible for helping maintain the entire property in an attractive, safe and comfortable condition. Pleasant, drug-free work environment. This position takes place at Grandscape. The candidate will be responsible for: · Assist in all types of cleaning outdoors of building in all different areas when necessary or requested. · Cleaning and sweeping of streets, parking lots, as well as grass and curb lines. · Work outdoors in all types of weather · Operating backpack leaf blowers, walk behind street vacuums, pressure washers, golf cart, gator. · Outside Porter Experience a plus. . Must have reliable transportation. . Must have a valid driver's license.
