We have an in-house developed path to becoming a Level C Technician which will take you to the next level.     Pay: $27,040-$41,600 per year + Daily Bonuses & Full Benefits  ADDITIONAL DAILY CASH BONUSES AVAILABLE   Ex. Every alignment / completed / filter / battery sold; you receive a bonus added to your paycheck. (Up to $10 EACH JOB)       Summary:    Perform specific maintenance on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with Leeds West Groups standards.   Change oil, change/rotate tires, and perform minor maintenance/repair tasks as assigned  Perform routine visual inspections and test.   Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry    What we offer:  Our team members enjoy a positive working environment with opportunities for professional growth through training and advancement from within the organization.
