We’re an Established local band named “Dead Fiction” (formerly known as Bare Ass) looking for a stable and tight guitarist to join. Our influences include (but not limited to) Korn, Tool, Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin, Of Mice and Men, Beartooth, Bullet for my valentine etc. We are 90% of the way done with a new album and are hungry to make it somewhere. We’re sparing no expense and putting quality of our music and image as a top priority, a complete rebrand with this new album coming out and a string of shows with reputable nationals in the near future. The Ideal candidate : -is more interested in contributing with their playing, not flexing their skills - understands basic dynamics - Has pro equipment and tone, is willing to mend to blend. -is optimistic but also has realistic expectations - is patient - can commit to the project with both feet, is in it for the long haul. - is financially stable and can contribute to band costs equally. - is fun to be around - is between 18-35 - can play to a click This position is very much A WANT NOT A NEED. We do not want the best guitar player in the world, we want the one who will grow with us.
