Looking for someone that can help with Handyman and punch list Items. Items may include: Tile, drywall patches, light ele. plumbing items, landscaping. The list goes on. Must be dependable on time have transportation. I am not much into excuses. One does not have to know everything but willing to listen and do. Pay will be weekly & TBD.
