START TOMORROW! Demo is already started, need 2-3 guys to go finish up by end of this week. Tear out laminate flooring and clean up general debris. 1-2 days work. Also will need to skim over existing wall texture after demo is complete. Potential for more work coming up! Show me what you can do. Rate variable based on experience. Text/email is best.
