We have an in-house developed path to becoming a Level C Technician which will take you to the next level.    Pay: $27,040-$41,600 per year + Daily Bonuses and Benefits Receive a bonus (SPIFF), up to $10 each job, added to your paycheck!   Summary:    Perform specific maintenance on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with Leeds West Groups standards.   Change oil, change/rotate tires, and perform minor maintenance/repair tasks as assigned  Perform routine visual inspections and test.   Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry    What we offer:  5-day work week  401(k) with company match  Great Health, Vision, Dental Insurance Plan  Tool Insurance  Paid Uniforms  Career Development (reimbursement for ASE certifications, getting paid for attending continuing education, online learning, and more!)  Opportunity for Advancement    Essential Functions   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.    Performs oil changes, tire repairs, installment, rotations, and other minor vehicle and equipment repairs.    Accurately and efficiently checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and top-off or replace fluids or filters/parts as needed.   Drive vehicles in and around the premises as needed.   Maintains a high standard of facility cleanliness and ensures the physical image of the work location is pristine by performing various duties such as cleaning, painting, and other duties as assigned by a supervisor.   Prepares and maintains records and reports.    Knows and adheres to safety and environmental standards and practices for maintenance/repair facilities.   Performs preventative maintenance for all equipment.   Requirements:   Have a valid Driver’s License  Have reliable transportation to get to/from work each day.       We are an equal opportunity employer.
