Unaltered male maine coon mix in need of a good home. We rescued him after some guy threw him and a bunch of his sibling out of his car window. My boyfriend picked them up and gave them all great homes but he fell in love with Kovu so we decided to keep him. Unfortunately I’m moving to Utah on tuesday and I need to find a home for him before then. It breaks my heart because I fought to keep him and his brothers but where I am moving to they don’t allow cats. He is a very sweet cat and he has the most quirky attitude you can find. I think being thrown out at a young age has made him very appreciative of everything you do for him and his playfulness and cuddles he gives just proves it. Kovu was bottle fed and hand fed so sometimes when he sees food he always ask if you mind sharing some with him because he thinks hes still the only baby in the house. I have raised him around his other rescued brothers, my dogs and young children so he does well with all 3. I have not gotten him updated on his shots and vaccinations because I’ve only had him a short period of time. He is litter box trained and when I first got he didn’t go outside very much but his older brother Orion showed him theres more to their kitty world then being inside all the time so don’t be surprised if he takes off out the front door, he just wants to explore and see what’s out there. Due to his long fur he won’t stay out long he returns as soon as the heats to much to handle. He’s never really left my yard besides when I take my Dalmatian on a walk he loves to trail behind and follow me through the neighborhood. His other brother has already found a loving home and I thought I had one for him until it fell through. I just want to find him a home where he will be cherished and loved like he was here with us.
