Found Shepherd on Spain and Juan Tabo area

My friend and I found this shepherd running around Spain and nearby neighborhoods this morning (6/28). After 45 minutes of following him and herding him away from busy roads we finally caught him. He does not have a microchip but looks like he belongs to someone, if you have any information please contact me.
