Alliance Tree Care Inc. is an independent, full service residential and commercial tree care business. We seek a groundsperson and or climber to join our strong, customer-focused team of professionals. This position is 30-40 hours a week. Most Fridays off 3 DAY WEEKENDS. We are a certified woman owned small business and encourage women to apply. We are looking for someone to mold into the perfect employee from the ground up and provide a lifetime career. We are a teaching company, so if you're willing to learn, we're willing to train you. We're looking for a high energy personality to add to our team. Normal hours are 7-5, however those vary as needed. Winter hours are on call/part time. A strong long-term interest in the tree care industry will serve the individual and our team well. You MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds. You MUST be able to pass a drug screen. You MUST be able to follow direction & have "next step thinking" ability. Pay and Benefits - This position provides an excellent opportunity, both short-term and long-term for the right individual. $16-22 depending on experience. 30, 60, 90 day raise and advancement opportunities. $500 sign on bonus for the right person.
