I am an out of state real estate investor, I need someone or couple that can go to properties I am interested in and take photos and videos of the properties inside and out. This would be a case by case job, as I find a house I'm interested in I would contact you and find out when you may be available to go to the property and obtain photos and videos. Some properties may be vacant and boarded in which you would need basic tools to unboard go inside and reboard when finished. I would pay you per assignment. This could be a great gig for someone that just wants a little extra cash here and there for maybe 15-20mins of work per house. Any house I send you to, you will have permission to be at the home, the owner will know. I will not be sending you to homes that you wouldnt have permission to be at. Pay will be discussed.
