Senior apartment complex in Bloomington, IL seeks to fill a part time maintenance/janitor position. Overview: 30 hours a week. Monday - Friday and on call rotation. Position is responsible for maintenance and general cleaning of building. Duties: Maintain an atmosphere of courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness when dealing with residents. Maintains cleanliness of grounds. Cleans internal areas of buildings including sweeping, mopping, dusting and windows. Clean, sanitize and stock restroom (toilets, counter tops, floors, etc.) to maintain a sanitary facility. Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup. Apartment cleaning after vacated. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High School diploma Previous experience in maintenance a plus. Will also be required to be on-call every 3rd week including holidays. Must pass a background screen/drug screen Please send resume along with professional references and details of experience.
