The ideal RenoTahoe Glass Installation Technician candidate contributes to the success of the Company by demonstrating excellent window installation skills. This position is important to RenoTahoe Glass’ growth plan and will contribute to our success by executing the following. Duties include but not limited to the following: • Assist crew in the installation of residential windows • Perform window service for customers • Stage jobs for installation • Safeguard company assets (coil, caulk, trim etc.) in the warehouse, vehicles and jobsites • Attention to OSHA safety standards • Ability to communicate with staff and customers Qualifications: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company • Experience installing windows Essential Job Functions: • Ability to work well with other employees and customers • Work in inclement weather • Proficient in general installation of vinyl, fiberglass and wood windows, patio doors and entry doors • Knowledgeable in the removal and installation of various window types • Proficient with general installation of vinyl, fiberglass and wood windows, patio doors and entry doors • Safety oriented and comfortable working aloft from extension and/or step-ladders • Ability to lift 100lbs RenoTahoe Glass (RTG), recognizes and strongly supports the benefits of a diverse workforce, and strives to provide a culture that recognizes the unique contributions of each of our employees.
