Description
The Way of the Open Hand is not a sport art.
It is designed for hand to hand combat, as in the military or special forces. Most of the applications and techniques are not allowed to be used in sport or sanctioned competitions.
There are no high kicks, no spinning around, no jumping in the air, no fancy acrobatics, or flashy techniques.
It is designed to neutralize the threat efficiently, in 3 seconds or less.
