I need subcontractors for the following (Labor & Material) : 1. *Hang and finish drywall for 1000 sqft basement (1 open room + 2 bedrooms + 1 small bathroom). The job requires approximately 85 Sheets of drywall. *Do point ups after first paint coat. 2. *Paint entire house (2 levels ) approximately 2000 sqft. *wall paint Satin * Trim Paint Semi-gloss Drywall and paint work can be subcontracted together or separately but all estimates must be for labor and material.
