Maintenance and Turn Technician

We are looking for a full time maintenance and turn technician. We are located in Rockford Illinois. We have three residential properties within a one mile radius. If hired you will be floating between the three properties. Job Qualifications: *Must be 21 years or older *Must have reliable transportation *Must have valid Drivers License *Must have at least 1 year experience *Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more *Must be willing to travel between the residential properties. *HVAC Certified a plus Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm (Full Time) Salary- $14-$16 an hour based on experience and is negotiable.
