We are a team of dedicated well compensated, pool professionals providing the highest levels of customer service and pool maintenance to our customers. Our company is fast growing, and we are looking for the right person to join us. This role has pay of $20-$40 per hour depending on experience level. Specifics: $35,000-$55,000 per year Pool maintenance route of 50-60 residential pools earning potential of up to $1,000 per week Bonus and paid time off each year Commission pay for finding new customers Geographically optimized route to save drive time Pool cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies all provided Hammerhead or Riptide vacuum provided Supportive team of supervisors and staff Professional growth with opportunities to make $50,000-$70,000 per year Requirements: Able to work year round in Texas weather High school or college degree Requires no previous experience in pool industry Trustworthiness and honesty required. Looking for long-term workers for promotion and expansion within our organization Detail oriented and have mechanical aptitude Provide your own vehicle for transporting pool equipment, chemicals and external vacuum (truck or SUV preferred) Excellent communication ability both verbal and written. Regular communication with customers, teammates, and supervisor All field work done on smart phone such as iPhone 12 Keep records of chemicals used, repairs needed, and daily tasks Keep professional appearance following company appearance code Weekday work schedule with occasional Saturday overtime work Pass drug tests at initial hire and ongoing screenings Criminal background check required and must have no felonies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
