We are currently seeking candidates for a Community Porter. The Porter will perform various maintenance duties. Must be eager to learn. Job Duties Include: Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to Management and Staff Assist Management and vendors with special projects as necessary. Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free of trash and debris. May assist in monitoring and/or controlling inventory and supplies. Move heavy objects as requested. Always remain professional in attitude. Perform other duties as assigned. Attend staff meetings.
