Small Boulder based garden maintenance and landscaping company looking for a motivated reliable person who enjoys working outdoors and has a love of or interest in plants to work as an independent contractor. We service residential clients primarily in Boulder and have a reputation for high quality, detail oriented, creative work. Hoping to develop a working relationship with someone working both independently and as a team. Ideally 3-4 days per week between Wed and Saturday. Starting now through October. A negotiated hourly rate will be billed and paid weekly. Experience with garden maintenance and self employment/contracting preferred but not required. Minimum of $18.00/Hr. Must be: Honest, hard working and respectful Capable of working outdoors through the Summer heat. In good physical condition  Punctual and organized Capable of high quality work Detail Oriented Self motivated Tasks include: Weeding Deadheading Pruning Planting Landscape installation Mulching Required: Reliable transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs Supply own tools including: Hand Pruners Garden Knife/Weeding tool Shovel Rake Broom Tarp Bucket Ideal Experience: Plant & Weed Identification Landscaping  Starting Rate for unexperienced person $18 to train then $20.
