Local USDA processing facility has an opening for a packager/ apprentice meat cutter. Entry level. Will train. Package pre cut beef & pork A meat cutter takes primal cuts and shapes it down into a variety of smaller cuts/portion controlled. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. Self motivated and dependable. Work in a fast pace physically demanding environment. Work in a refrigerated conditions. Training provided. Competitive wage and benefits. Room for advancement.
