looking for a filming location

i am filming a movie and need a utility room with pipes. Its hard to describe what i am looking for but the characters are dragged into an old ware house. Guy A chains Guy B to a pipe in a utility closet/room. I do not necessarily need a warehouse (although if you have one handy let me know, i could still check it out), I need the room.
