Temporary Residential Construction-Carpentry Exciting modular construction start-up is looking for experienced carpenters to assist with residential construction in a warehouse environment. This position will last 2-3 weeks with full-time hours, starting on July 6th. Pay is between $25-$35+/hr. depending on experience. Job Description: --Working in a manufacturing environment to construct modern modular homes --Extensive knowledge of residential construction with finish carpentry and framing experience --Ability to interpret blueprints, shop drawings, technical specification, and other construction documents --The team will work together and independently to ensure proper construction --Collaborate with other team members and leadership team to share ideas and improve processes --Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm Job Requirements: --Understanding of construction procedures and processes --New construction experience with clear understanding of residential plumbing --Knowledge of building code process is required --Ability to read blueprints, sketches, technical specifications, and other construction documents --Experience using a variety of tools typically used in home construction --Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
