Established Tier 1 indoor cannabis producer looking for a part-time (20-30 hours a week) team member to assist with garden labor. We are a small team that values employees who have a sense of working quickly and efficiently, have great communication skills and are able to work independently while maintaining a good work pace. This is an industrial agriculture job and as such requires continuous physical labor. 

 Job Description: Soil Mixing Transplanting Harvesting Post-harvest processing Job Requirements:  Great communication skills Take and follow instructions well Must be able to life 40-50 lbs off the ground repeatedly Must be 21 or over Punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to maintain speed while working independently for long periods of time (Wifi provided) Must be able to pass background check OLCC Marijuana worker permit required
