Need to hire an experienced moving crew leader/foreman that has references from the moving business. EXPERIENCED ONLY PLEASE!! Need to know how to wrap, load, stack, teach others how to do it correctly also. Also, need good attention to detail because the foreman does all paperwork and charges with customers. Must be dependable, willing to work long hours and weekends (40 hours+ weekly), and responsible to be on time to office and job sites. Must be able to read and speak English - Very important (bilingual/Spanish speaking is a major plus but you MUST also be fluent in English as well).
