Can you help Chase

My 5 month old Mastiff/ Stafordshire puppy was playing and his foot fell into a hole he dislocated his bone its called a Tibial Crest Avulusion he needs an orthopedic surgery that is going to cost me 3000 I do not have that I had to pay the 500 i had for my rent to get him out of the vet with a wrap and a splint as well as 10 days worth of pain and anti anti-inflammatory I have tried to ask some people to help me with ways to get the money but no one knows how to set them up so i have had no luck. I called the Aspca and they were ready to help but they can not do orthopedic surgery. If anyone could Help Chase i would be so grateful. I have included A picture at the end of how Chase was before he his leg was hurt his face even caries less sadness we miss our walks can you help.
