Description

The Maintenance Technician will perform necessary duties to ensure the community is well maintained. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, completion of making vacant units ready, completion of work orders, community and apartment inspections, assisting with grounds upkeep and other duties as assigned. Required rotating on-call for emergency maintenance page outs - nights and weekends. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience, but not required.
