Hello I have been finding ppl that don’t want to work or has excuses or need lots of days off. I am just asking for ppl to be honest and be dependable ppl. I’m trying to set up crews I have 3 skid steers and 2 backhoes need labors. We do residential houses for builders I can explain more when we talk text or call anytime.
