Landscape Crew Member U.S. Lawns was founded on pushing boundaries in the commercial landscape management industry, and we’re proud to say we still do. As a growing company, under new management, we are looking for experienced crew members to manage, train and build up our team. Crew member responsibilities are the following: Assist in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project Learn to safely and appropriately operate various tools and equipment, including heavy equipment Conduct daily tasks in a safe and efficient manner Maintain professional attitude in exchanges with clients Support a positive team atmosphere through a strong work ethic and participation in all crew meetings Qualifications: Must be a “team player” and get along with all co-workers Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work in an environment with varying weather, noise, etc. conditions We offer: Competitive pay Full-time positions Training Friendly environment Professional atmosphere Opportunity for Advancement  Compensation is $16-$18 per hour to start depending on experience.
