ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage the property's grounds daily.
•Removing trash from all trash cans across the property.
•Upkeep of all breezeway and communal areas on the property.
•Assist with inventory and ordering of all necessary supplies.
•Maintain a high level of customer service while working inside and outside units.
•Other duties as assigned.
DESIRED SKILLS:
•Apartment maintenance experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
•Excellent organizational skills and an ability to self-motivate.
•Computer literate and using the Internet to troubleshoot problems.
•Excellent people skills, with daily interfacing with residents and vendors.
•Having a truck to occasionally use for business
•Ability to partner with diverse communities
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Ability to be on-call after hours. Flex work schedule to accommodate after-hours and weekend emergencies.
•Live within a 20-minute drive of the property.
•Have a sense of urgency with all tasks and be able to meet deadlines
•Provide basic tools
•Must be able to lift at least 15lbs
•Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks
