Coast Offers: 1,000 SIGN ON BONUS! $19.00 per hour Pay Raise every 6 Months Benefits: Paid time off, 16 Paid Holidays, 401K, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Paid Weekly Company provides PPE On-site Fitness Center On-Site Credit Union Monday – Friday 8-hour shift, Rotating day and evening schedules every 2 weeks Monday – Thursday 10-hour shift, Rotating day and evening schedules every 2 weeks Friday-Saturday-Sunday 12-hour shift, Fixed day shift $0.65 Shift premium Daily Overtime Responsibilities Follow standardized procedures to operate machinery used in the production process or use standardized procedures to assemble parts on an assembly line Meet daily production quantity targets based upon assigned production schedule and manufacturing leadership request Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with all manufacturing and safety guidelines, procedures and regulations Perform manual dexterity work involving fingers, hands, and arms in repeated motion Remove parts, machine attachments, or waste material from machines Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment Maintain a safety working environment and follow all safety procedures Report quality issues to supervisor to ensure that issues are investigated and corrected Requirements Safety first mindset - Safety at Toyota is the responsibility of every team member to look out for themselves and others 18 years old or older at time of application Legally authorized to work in the United States High school diploma, GED or GED equivalent by June 2021 Dependable, reliable and consistent on-time attendance, every day Must be willing to work a Rotating shift (2 weeks days/2 weeks nights) Must be willing to work mandatory daily and weekend overtime as needed Must be able to comprehend written standardized work documents, perform basic math, learn machine operations and visually identify defects based on set standards Attention to detail and commitment to following standardized work to maintain the highest level of quality standards
