Since its formation in 1994, Rocky Mountain Pavement has been Colorado's premier contractor in providing asphalt maintenance services to both commercial and private customers, specializing in asphalt paving and patching, hot-pour crack seal, sealcoat, striping, and concrete repairs. We are looking for a Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team in Colorado Springs! Requirements: * Pre-employment drug screens are required and submit to random drug and alcohol tests * Able to work 60+ hours per week * Must have have valid drivers license * Ability to supervise a job site without supervision * Valid flagger certification card * Valid traffic control supervisor card * Understand flagging duties and responsibilities * Own transportation to and from shop Qualifications *Must be a self-starter and team player who is motivated, reliable, and accountable *Must be able to take and follow direction and have strong communication skills *Must be trustworthy and honest *Must be 100% compliant of all safety requirements and policies COMPETITIVE WAGES ARE INFLUENCED BY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION A-1 Chipseal Co. & Rocky Mountain Pavement is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
