Primary Responsibilities: *Have proper tools and equipment as needed to complete the job *Travel to and from our customers' homes *A professional appearance, dress, grooming *Working in an efficient and neat orderly manner while in customers' homes *Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships. *Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork Qualifications: *General finish carpentry skills required *Must be able to pass a background check *Must be proficient at measuring, cutting and installing accurately *Must take pride in workmanship, warranty work and no shortcuts *An absolute perfectionist and high level of attention to detail is a must *Good communication skills are essential *We seek a strong problem solver and critical thinker *Must be able to consistently establish and maintain strong customer relationships and work through difficult situations with diplomacy. *Must maintain a professional appearance, dress, and grooming at all times. Training: *Paid training. We provide specialized training in your trade. Compensation: *Pay is 10% of Selling Price of Contract.
