Job Responsibilities would include:
Cleaning up behind apartment buildings
Cleaning up inside dumpster receptacles
Walking parking lots and keeping them free and clear of debris
Minor landscaping/pruning of shrubs and/or trees
Working with our property manager, maintenance, and office staff directly to maintain curb appeal
Storm cleanup when needed
This job would be worked primarily outside and is somewhat physical. Heavy lifting is not required but may be at times in order to dispose of furniture left behind by exiting tenants.
