Rehoming quirky and adventurous cat

I adopted Benny when he was abandoned near my house about a year ago. I really enjoy him and wish we could keep him but he does not get along with my partner's cat. After trying for 9 months to make it work between the two of them, its time to find a new home for him. He is about 5 years old, has his claws, has been neutered and is current on his vaccinations. His vet history will be available - treated through OakHeart Vet Clinic - Longview. He has a lot of energy and needs access to a reasonably sized yard to vent that energy - he often spends 1/2-2/3 of the day outside. He is litter-box trained and we haven't had any issues with him inside (besides fighting with the other cat). Ideal home for Benny would have plenty of space to roam and no other cats. He does like being near other humans - I work from home (indoors and on an outside patio) and he will often come and nap or hang out beside me while I'm on my laptop or doing yardwork. I want to make sure that he finds his forever home, so please do not reach out if you have other cats or your housing situation doesn't have a yard for him to explore.
