Remodeling home - Work needed Remove outside wood 4x8 panels and replace with 4x8 SmartSide 38 Series Cedar Texture Panel. Remove damaged soffit and replace. Sheet rock and/or plaster Paint house. Paint interior of living room & dining room. Remove carpet in living room and put down laminate flooring. Replace linoleum floors in bath, kitchen, and entry way with ceramic tiles. Steam clean carpets in both bedrooms. Etc, Etc, May need to install insulation after removing outside siding. May need to install extra electrical outlets and other minor electrical. All materials supplied. All equipment/tools to be supplied by worker. Please send phone number and experience. I may hire numerous workers according to skills. Prefer by the hour but will consider bids. Employee Drivers License will be required Yard work has been completed.
