HHM’s Facilities Maintenance Associate assists the IT Department in the maintenance and upkeep of HHM facilities. Facility Maintenance Associates perform a number of tasks for the organization, such as maintaining facility equipment; assisting in the cleaning of restrooms, offices, and hallways; delivering, assembling, moving furniture; performing safety inspections as well as inspections of the grounds. Additionally, these professionals must be able to assist staff members in facilities-related tasks when required. · Repair, maintain/monitor all facility equipment and amenities · Handle all aspects of moving or furnishing offices: assembling chairs, moving desks, assembling bookcases, etc. · Facilitate maintenance of clinic medical equipment · Assist with equipment installs and removals · Clean windows and glass doors · Change all equipment filters as required · Replace light bulbs, interior, and exterior, as needed · Make ready the facility for events, such as meetings, orientations, lunch meals, etc. · As needed, aid in restocking and inventory management · Performs other duties as assigned. Must cooperate with every department within HHM; Will interact both internally and externally with a variety of people, including but not limited to: Board members, executive and senior leadership and other coworkers, HHM office administrators or assistants, clinical staff for all clinics; procurement staff, and outside vendors as applicable Knowledge and Skill Required: EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): Background in facilities maintenance preferred · Able to work with minimal supervision · Physical ability to regularly lift objects weighing 50 pounds · Ability to climb ladders · Can work around lubricants, cleaning fluids, paint, etc. · Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry · Strong customer service skills HHM offers a full-benefits package, including 403b matching contributions up to 5%, medical/vision/dental/life insurance/Disability, paid time off/sick/holidays/volunteer days.
